Kuami Eugene reveals why his success story in just a short period doesn’t scare him

Reigning Highlife Artiste of the year at the last edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, Kuame Eugene has revealed that rising faster in just a short period of his career does not scare him at all.

Making appearance on the Daybreak Hitz show on Hitz FM on October 25th hosted by Merqury Quaye, the ‘Angela’ crooner said that his success story in just a short period doesn’t scare him because he really wanted to do music and he knows he has worked for it too.

Answering to the question whether he gets scared when it comes to rates at which he is rising faster, he said;

“Errm… for being scared, I don’t actually get scared, cos I feel I’m working this is God-given, is something I have been working on it and I wanted to be a celebrity this is the job I wanted to do and it’s finally here so me I’m thankful for it and I’m not scared at all…”

Kuami Eugene is a Ghanaian highlife and afrobeat singer-songwriter. He is signed to Lynx Entertainment and is known for several songs of his, including “Angela”, “Wish Me Well”, “Ohemaa”, and many others. He won the New Artiste awards from the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and from the Ghana Music Awards UK. He also received the Most Promising Artiste in Africa award from (AFRIMA).

Kuami Eugene is currently promoting his new single titled “Obiaato”. ‘Obiaato’ was produced by Nigerian producer Jaysynths Beatz.
